| The crude oil in Jiang Su Oilfield is paraffin base oil.The majority of well with high paraffin content, reached 15~30%, have paraffin troubles. Oil well paraffin control is one of the important contents of daily production management work. The development has an important significance to the whole anti production of oilfield. Microbial wax control technology as a new type of paraffin method, relative to conventional paraffin measures, with advantage just like less investment, good economic benefit, simple equipment, improve the skin factor. Especially for Jiangsu oilfield oil. Compo-sition and production conditions,microbial wax prevention technology is better. In this paper, through the acquisition of bacteria in oil and water, screening and cultivation as well as the performance testing, we get paraffin fungus applicable to the oilfield. After culturing the fungus under laboratory conditions, studying corrosion of adding microorganism formation water, found that paraffin microbial not aggravate corrosion of formation water, but has inhibitory effect. At the same time, we research mechanism of paraffin control microbial, microbial adsorption rod in tube wall and its metabolites growth. In wall reproduction produces the formation of biological water film on the tube wall, change the wettability of tube skin, prevent the adhesion and deposition of wax crystal in the pipe wall; microorganisms and their metabolic products of adsorption at wax crystal surface, prevent the wax crystal aggregation and growth, which plays the role of wax crystal. Finally, from the actual situation of Jiangsu oil field, the experimental blocks and testing well studied. The results showed that the microbial wax prevention has a wide application prospect in the process of Jiangsu Oilfield. |
