An Almost Periodic R-M Model In A Patchy Environment

In this paper, we introduce the basic reproduction ratio of autonomous and nonautonomous（periodic and almost periodic） compartmental epidemic model.As an application, we study the almost periodic R-M（Ross-Macdonald） model.The results show that the disease will be dying out if R₀< 1 and the disease will be persistently spreading if R₀> 1. Finally, numerical simulations verify the conclusions.
