It’s a meaningful thing that studying open cluster(OC), because members of OC have a same year, distance, redden and chemical abundance. So these stars can be used to detect the inner structures of stellar, test the theory of stellar evolution and search the clues of clusters dynamical evolution. Based on this, an observation and studying of old OC, M67, was made. This old OC M67 has been made a time series observation in B- and V-band by 50 BiN which was built by Chinese West Normal University(CWNU). We researched the distance of this cluster with member stars of this OC:AH Cnc and HS Cnc, and found that result are 9.53±0.15 mag. Also a discussion about some parameters of the most bright eclipse binary in this OC,AH Cnc, was made and found that masses of two components are M1=1.18(±0.08) M?; and M2=0.188(±0.03) M?, Radiul are R1=1.332(±0.06) R? and R2=0.592(±0.051) R?, and new obtained period increased with dp/dt=4.29×10-9 dayyr-1 and eight new minimum were obtained too.
