Joint inversion combines a variety of geophysical data to reduce the uncertainty of the results, which is one of the geophysical research hot spot in the world. MT method and gravity exploration are two geophysical methods which is widely used. Previous research on the joint inversion of MT and gravity have following deficiency, First of all, there are some defects in the relationship between the point to point resistivity and density constraint;Secondly, Previous research employ the same regulation factor in different method. The same regulation factors have difficult in playing a role of maximum difference model constraint when the value is large.Based on above, We carried on MT and gravity joint inversion based on simulated annealing algorithm and then introducing the physical properties of the rock in this paper.We bring in the wide range of rock property constraint joint inversion of MT and gravity,random wide range of positive and negative ratio. Put forward the double regulation factor to develop different method of model stabilizing functional constraint function and carried out a model trail.The result shows that this method can increase the degree of objective function fitting,improving the inversion results of interface continuity to get more accurate interface; Wide range of physical properties rock constraint solution increased the MT and the flexibility of joint inversion of gravity, random wide range of positive and negative than physical properties rock constraint solution to reduce dependence on the prior conditions, And then broaden the physical properties rock constrained joint inversion of applications to increase the flexibility of this application; Further more, it can develop the model binding even there is a big difference in model constraint method. We applied this method in Xia Yangzi area, the result fit with the previous research to verify the practicability of this method.
