Water is a vital resource for human survival. Groundwater as an important part of water resources is quietly occupied in industrial and agricultural. However, with the growing exploitation of groundwater resources, many more geological problems to the more serious, such as the ground drops, groundwater pollution. Therefore, the quality and quantity of groundwater assessment and management of scientific, rational and economic development of groundwater, protection of groundwater resources is of great significance. In this paper, three-dimensional random water quality(mainly the "three nitrogen" pollutants) for research purposes. First, We establish the general three-dimensional head and water quality of the model formulation, and discrete solved by Galerkin finite element method; Secondly, some parameters of the general model using Monte Carlo random simulation; Finally, Fort Shenyang LiGuan water source as the research area, on the hydrogeological situation in the study area were expressed and analyzed, based on actual data and interpolation section, the establishment of hydro-geological study area conceptual model established in accordance with the hydrogeological conceptual model complete groundwater flow model of the study area, the relevant parameters of random process, with finite Galerkin element discrete solved to obtain the groundwater flow field distribution in the study area, based on the flow field model establishment of areas "three nitrogen" migration conversion model, by solving the discrete give the corresponding "three nitrogen" distribution, and the results were analyzed. Taking into account the actual situation of the study area and sampling difficulties, the practical application of our three-dimensional model into a quasi three-dimensional model is solved. The study relies on the supervisor in the research project: migration and transformation of pollutants based on three-dimensional stochastic simulation along River Water Source.
