Clock synchronization technology is the support of mobile communication field. The purpose is to synchronization base station clock around the world.Base station synchronization module and the satellite GPS precision clock synchronization, clock error standard was very low, so that the base station to achieve time synchronization function, to meet the end frame synchronization and terminal positioning services. This paper from the GPS time service and the concept of base station communication system, describes a method of synchronized with GPS 1PPS clock is realized through the design of Cortex-M3 processor of ARM architecture, the processor chip procurement cost less than $5, with a simple external circuit, which can realize the digital phase locked loop function, so that the local clock synchronization and satellite clock, and greatly reduce the cost, achieve multiple effects.
