Along with the rapid advance of the exploration work and the thorough development of basic research work, it is more and more obvious that the complexity of the distribution and accumulation of oil and gas in Tarim Basin, it is of great significance researches on the change of oil and gas phase state evaluation and exploration, potential for oil and gas exploration zones of analysis, the major exploration target establishment and distribution rule of oil and gas. The North Tarim area is continental and Marine two big systems of favorable area of oil and gas, is the most of oil and gas enrichment area of the Tarim Basin, is also a multi purpose layer(Cambrian, ordovician, silurian, carboniferous and, in the Cenozoic) of compound accumulation zone, the ancient uplift and slope, fault and unconformity surface, favorable reservoir caprock controls the oil and gas distribution; In kuqa depression of Tarim Basin oil and gas resources is the most abundant one of tectonic units, depression in north crassus tectonic belt as one of the main gas source for "West east Gas Transmission" in China now, is rich in oil and gas resources. For Tarim area, the research work of oil and gas phase state is relatively small and short of systematic study. Therefore, it is necessary for the Tarim area of oil and gas fluid phase behavior change in the process of filling to do further research.Depend on the recorded information such as temperature, pressure, the PVT experiment simulation, the technique of artificial synthetic inclusions, the actual reservoir microscopic observation analysis of fluid inclusions and Raman spectrum analysis of integrated exploration northern uplift of Tarim Basin as well as the typical area of kuqa depression in the fluid phase behavior change, thus certain theoretical basis for future exploration work.Using the actual reservoir inclusions homogenization temperature and salinity data, through the homogenization temperature curve correction, and obtained from simulative calculation of PVT to catch the temperature and pressure of hydrocarbon inclusions, four groups of synthetic inclusions experiment was designed to forward, oil and gas filling process for the northern uplift the fluid filling process design of the experimental temperature pressure condition is 107 ℃, 25 MPa, 144 ℃, the 34 MPa; In kuqa depression the fluid filling process design of the experimental temperature pressure condition is 141 ℃, 40 MPa, 165 ℃, 50 MPa, the actual reservoir, according to the results of fluid inclusions in North Tarim LunNan area there are at least two periods of oil and gas filling process, a synthetic inclusions experimental results also confirmed this, two phases of oil and gas filling process is given priority to with high and liquid hydrocarbon, and the second phase of the filling process could be oil soluble gas phase of natural gas, two phase fluid phase state hydrocarbon filling process changed little; There may be two oil and gas filling process in Nothern Kuqa, the first phase of oil and gas filling is given priority to high and liquid hydrocarbon, the second phase of the filling shall be the gaseous hydrocarbon, Raman spectra show the presence of water.
