Estimation Of Parameters Based On Censored Data

In recent years, the imperfection of data collection is becoming more and more common. Based on sorts of incomplete data, considering the estimation of parameters under all kinds of statistical models, which draw statistical researches’ attention. This paper We mainly research the parameter estimation of Burr XII distribution under progressively type II censoring data. The fundamental contents of this paper are shown below:The first chapter introduces the definitions of censored data, and summarize the research status; The second chapter drives the maximum likelihood estimation for the progressively type II censored data; The third chapter solves the confidence intervals of parameters under progressively type II censored data. The forth chapter summarizes the research significance and practical value of this paper, and the research direction and prospect.
