Species diversity, flora diversity and relation between season and forest vegetation in the Shergyla Mountain National Nature Reserve of Tibet were studied systematically in this paper。According to the result of morphological identification,497 specimens were colletced in the Nature Reserve,and 257 species were identified。There are 32 new records in Tibet。The results of the study in the Shergyla Mountain National Nature Reserve。8 families which contain more than 10 species,Agaricaceae,Cortinariaceae, Inocybaceae,Mycenaceae,Russulaceae, Strophariaceae, Tricholomataceae, Polyporaceae with 151 species, 58.75 percentage of the mount of macrofungi in the Shergyla Mountain National Nature Reserve。13 genus which contain more than 5 species,Lycoperdon,Amanita,Cortinarius,Laccaria,Hygrocybe,Inocybe,Mycena,Psathyrella,Hypholoma,Pholiota,Tricholima,Lactarius,Russula with 173 species,67.31 percentage of the mount of macrofungi in the Shergyla Mountain National Nature Reserve。After the survey found, in the Oaks,Spruce and Firs forest, The species of macrofungi is very rich.
