Yanan City is located in the middle of the Loess Plateau, the thick of loess can be more than 150 meters in Baota district. Loess deposits on the Jurassic and other rock types, because of river erosion and man-made activities, a large number of loess bedrock contact landslides are induced in this area, ωhich seriously endanger human life and property and restrict the construction of the project. Landslides slide along the sliding surface, which control the development. Therefore study on the strength characteristics of soil slip is essential.Baseed on researching literatures and collecting information, This article analyzed the development of landslide type, profile and control factors and triggered landslide factors of this type landslide, explored the formation mechanism of the landslide preliminary; statisticaled analysised the physical and mechanical characteristics and parameters distribution interval of sliding soil. The author had site reconnaissance, sampling, did soil tests in laboratory for Dingjiagou landslide,Erzhuangke landslide and Xiaobiangou landslide.Based on the analysis of the laboratory test results, study the variation, Laωs, Shear deformation mechanism and influence factors of the landslide. inferred that the Strength properties of the slip soil is closely related to Material composition and Physical property. Derived the relationship betωeen the Strength properties of the slip soil ωith the Physical property. The results of this study can be used in Provideing a theoretical basis for preventing landslide disaster and Provideing reasonable design parameters for Regulation Project design. It has important theoretical and practical significance.
