Based on the Fukangyuan landslide engineering in Shanxi province, on the basis of understanding the engineering geological conditions, the paper analysis systematically the fundamental features, deformation features, the formation mechanism, stability as well as governance progrom design about the landslide by the laboratory test, theoretical calculation, numerical simulation and comprehensive analysis and other methods. An integrated analysis way on landslide treatment optimize system is established. The main research work carried out as follows:(1) On the basis of clarifing the engineering geological conditions and the fundamental and deformation features of the landslide, the paper analyzes the facters that influent the stability of the slope, and then formation mechanism will be analyzed.(2) Using the limit equilibrium method and Midas-GTS software ananlysize the landslide stability, the author come to a conclusion that the landslide is unstable in three kinds of working conditions. And then on the base of calculation results the author propose three kinds of treatment schemes which are practical and feasible.(3) Based on the analytic hierarchy process, by calculating and contrasting the treatment schemes, the author draws a conclusion that the scheme including anti-slide pile、facing wall and surface drainage is the optimal project.(4) Combined with the distribution regularities of landslide trust and numerical simulation method, the auther confirms the optimum pile location ultimately. Based on the soil arch effect, the author analyzes the relationship among landslide trust、the pile’s sectional dimension and the distance between two adjacent piles. In order to make the optimization of the pile come true, the author introduces a new optimization algorithm that combines natural selection with hybrid partical swarm optimization. Through making the project cost of all anti-slide piles as the objective function, meeting the specification requirements as the constraint conditions and five parameters as the design variables. The author takes advantage of the MATLAB software make the optimization design come true and get a good result.
