The designs of nuclear physics data acquisition system can finish counter acquisition and multi-channel nuclear pulse signal spectrum analysis. The dissertation aims at developing tendency of measuring technology of Multi-Channel nuclear energy spectrum, focusing on systematically research on some key techniques such as the design of Multi-Channel Analyzer and apparatus, with a view to resolve defects existing in current portable apparatus.This article has significant impact in the following areas:First, the system uses full spectrum acquisition. Therefore, it has high data acquisition speed, various data collection, and high vertical resolution.Second, a new pulse conditioning circuit is designed to meet the acquisition requirements, which aims at the characteristics of quick and narrow for nuclear pulse.Third, data acquisition and data processing is based on FPGA design, which has all of the digital integrated circuit in it. At the same time, high-speed AD helps complete the digital quantization.Forth, by using the reference source to stabilize high pressure, the system makes the instrument working normal.Last, by designing the data acquisition software, the system can be displayed visually and instructions can be issued directly.
