With the more mature of 3D laser scanning technology and is gradually used in 3D reconstruction, 3D laser point cloud is becoming the important basic data in the reconstruction.3D reconstruction of point cloud data processing is the core content, refer to the existing advanced technology at home and abroad, and independent research and development design point cloud data processing system has very important significance.This topic in the open source PCL(Point Cloud Library) Point Cloud Library and Qt graphical user interface(GUI) application development framework, on the basis of through c++ object-oriented programming technology, wrote a simple 3D Point Cloud data processing system, complete the realization of the function of the main operating Point Cloud data.Firstly, this paper introduces the overall design of the processing system, the data processing flow and the basic knowledge of PCL. Secondly, this paper introduced filter module, registration module, segmentation module and implementation process of surface module in the PCL. Finally, through the multiple examples verify that the software 3D point cloud. This system realize the import and visual display of the point cloud data. According to the statistical analysis, such as voxel grid technology to deal with the noise in point cloud, combining the point clouds based on the method of ICP, extracting the point clouds based on the RANSAC and the cluster algorithm, triangular mesh processing for the point clouds, etc.
