Currently, Xiangshan volcano basin is the largest volcanic type U-ore of China. The western side of the basin,the Zoujiashan- Julongan area, is one of the important exploration area of uranium deposits in Xiangshan uranium ore field. At present, China is in the transition period of economic fabric, the demand for green energy is come in an increasing.Uranium, as a special resource, is used both for energy and national defense. Due to the deep minerlization often controlled by the subsurface deep geological structure, meanwhile,the geological situation become more complicate with the increase of mining depth. Therefore, it is necessary to detect the deep geoglical structure of the metallogenic prospect area, so as to provide a reference for deep deposits exploration.This paper utilized the controlled source audio magnetotelluric method(CSAMT) to research the deep geological structure of Xiangshan Zoujiashan- Julongan area. The research results are as follows:(1) The CSAMT method divided the boundary of different groups and the basement interface,identified severalsknown faults and a unknown fault, and depicted the form of the lithologic interface and faultsinto the range of ﹣2000m.(2) In this area, the main body of lower Cretaceous ehuling group whichperformanced high resistivity, main body ofdaguding group showed low resistivity, the basement metamorphic of Qingbaikou showed high resistivity.The mian rock resistivity of the study area showed a high-low-high model that we call it the sandwich model.(3)If we integrated interpretation the deep geological structure with CSAMT and 3D geophysical model ofgravity and magnetic, we will find that not only do the reliability of geological interpretation and the geophysical data utilization ratio can be improved, but do the cost of geological work can be reduced.(4) The CSAMT method has been provedas a suitable geophysical method in the deep exploration for the research areathrough comparing CSAMT interpretation results with the existing geological and geophysical information.
