With the development of economy and the progress of technology, also with the civil UAV(Unmanned Aerial Vehicle)and digital cameras, gradually the low-altitude UAV photogrammetry has become an important way in the field of Surveying and mapping. Compared with the traditional aerial photogrammetry, the low-altitude UAV photogrammetry has advantages of high efficiency, obvious flexible, low cost and other advantages. It is widely used in many fileds such as land consolidation project, the update of loacal topographic map and the collection of emergency disaster data. However, since the influence of some factoers, such as the accuracy of the camera parameters, the quality of the image and the quality of the flight, it will have a certain impact on the quality control of the low-altitude UAV photogrammetry.In view of the above situation, it is worthwhile to discuss the study about improving the quality of measuring data of the low-altitude UAV photogrammetry. The paper researches the factors influencing precison on the quality of measuring data of the low-altitude UAV photogrammetry, and find out the forward image motion blurring compensation by the digital image’s restoration and the camera calibration. Through the two aspect’s study, we improve the accuracy of the data. The two points are specifically made in the following passage image.(1)Image motion is one of the important factors of image quality, which will affect the accuracy of measuring data of the low-altitude UAV photogrammetry. Various image motions were compared and analyzed,a conclusion is made that the forward image motion is the key one in all the image motions and the forward image motion compensation is necessary. Therefore, in this paper, we adopt the method of image restoration of motion blurred image with uniform speed, to compensate the forward image motion, and finally get a clear image, helpful for the quality control is helpful to the low-altitude photogrammetry image.(2)Camera calibration is the process of obtaining the parameters of the camera, the precise camera parameters can be used to get image distortion correction. It’s helpful to improve he accuracy of measuring data of the low-altitude UAV photogrammetry. In this paper,additional parameter bundle adjustment model algorithm is discussed to determine the internal geometric and systematic distortion parameters of non-metric camera that based on the outdoor calibration field and the the high accuracy indoor calibration field. We can obtain a conclusion, by comparing the two group measuring data that are made by the two parameters of the non-metric camera, that the parameter based on the outdoor calibration field is more accurate and more suitable for actual production, and helpful for the quality control is helpful to the low-altitude photogrammetry image.
