The increase of world population and the development of science and technology make human change the living environment with unprecedented scale and speed.Atmospheric and water pollution, land degradation, climate change caused by human activities lead to community of natural habitat loss, degradation and fragmentation.Ecology protection and restoration have become one of international research hot-spots at present.Regarding the plaques of the habitat fragmentation as noes, corridors structured between plaques as edges, the relationship of energy flow between corridor as a directed edge, the difficulty of energy flow between patches as the edge weight, we built the complex and directed network of the recovery of habitat by using the complex network theory. The existence of ecosystem topology structure with is given,and we establish patch corridor structure with the highest relative energy utilization in habitat restoration under a certain anti-destroying ability. Considering the influence of external factors on ecosystem fragmentation, this paper uses multi-objective programming to give various repair plans under different degree of fragmentation situation. The results of the study can provide theoretical basis for the restoration of habitat.Using the method presented in this paper to study the specific broad-leaved forest ecological system. According to the change of ecological network anti-destroying ability, this paper identifies the importance of the relationship between species on anti-destroying ability of whole biological network by deleting different edge, and find out predator-prey relationship which has a larger impact on the anti-destroying ability of the whole ecological system. Also the basic topological structure of ecological system with sustainability is given,which provides the reference for human to protect ecological sensitive area.
