From 2009,the yellow sea of China has been broke out green tide 7years in a row. It seriously affected the Marine ecology, tourism, fishing,etc.and made mass economic losses.Dueing to green tide’s nontoxicity and developable, It makes the green tide recycling using became the focus of current research. Enteromorpha is dominant species of green tide and it is edible. Enteromorpha has the characteristics of low fat content and rich nutrition.So it can be developed into foods. Besides, Enteromorpha also has a variety of active substances. It is reported that polysaccharides of Enteromorpha have activities of lowing hematic fat, anti-oxidation,resi STing inflammation, improving mammals immunity etc. In this paper,we research on the Separation and purification of enteromorpha polysaccharides and the activity of anti-liver damaging, lowing hematic fat,and providing the basis for functional food, health care products and skin care products.We got Enteromorpha from the coastewise of Jiangsu, using water extraction and ethanol precipitation. The pure polysaccharides were purified by DEAE-Sapharose FF column and we got 4 different part. The activity test was based on model of CCl4 and high-fat fodder induced on mice.1.We obtained 25.3 g of crude powder from the 100 g fresh drying Enteromorpha polysaccharide, and the freeze-dried powder was in a yield of 25.3%. Measured by the phenol-sulfuric acid, the freeze-dried powder content 15.42 g polysaccharide, which was 60.9% in freeze-dried powder.After exchange chromatography through DEAE Sapharose FF ion, weobtained four polysaccharide component, there were two neutral polysaccharide EP-1/-2, and two acidic polysaccharides SEP-1/2.Importantly, EP-1, and SEP-2 were the main component. EP is mainly composed of rhamnose and arabinose groups, also contains a Small amount of galactose and mannose, which accounted for 5.6:3.4:1.21:2.4:1. SEP is mainly composed of rhamnose and galactose, also contains a Small amount of xylose, mannose, arabinose, which accounted for 4.7:2.3,1:1.4:1.7.Comparison again ST the SEP-2 and the EP-1, we found the SEP-2 had one more arabinose ingredients than the EP-1, and other components were roughly the same. By BaCl2-gelatin nephelometry experiment, we measured SEP-2 content 13% sulfate.2.We Studied Enteromorpha polysaccharide on acute liver injury activity, the results showed: After modeling, two mouse serum liver enzymes were significantly increased in the model group, but the index of serums ALT and AST contents were decreased in the positive control group and the drug group of high-low SEP-2. Wherein, the index in the positive group and the drug group of high-low SEP-2 were close to the normal level of the control group, which showed the SEP-2 in Enteromorpha polysaccharide component has a good effect in the recovery of liver injury.The positive control group and the drug group of high-low SEP-2, the SOD index in the live were increased,but the MDA content decreased. Wherein,the SOD enzyme activity levels of three dose groups had significantly recovery, SOD and MDA in high dose group and positive drug were close to the normal control group, showed the SEP-2 in Enteromorpha polysaccharide component in recovery of liver damage may be reflected in the antioxidant capacity.3.We Studied the SEP-2 activity of cholesterol-lowering from Enteromorpha polysaccharide, the results showed that: In the model mice blood, TC, TG and LDL-c were significantly increased, but HDL-c decreased significantly, indicating that fat model modeling was successed.SEP-2 in this experiment is obtained after Separation and purification of polysaccharides in Enteromorpha. Mouse thetaking SEP-2, TC, TG andLDL-c were decreased, but HDL-c increased significantly, which in lowering LDL-c in effect,and the effect of SEP-2 was significantly better than the positive control drug simvastatin(table 4-3), showed the SEP-2has a good effect on blood.4.We researched that the SEP-2 can play a good defensive role on anti-atherosclerotic plaque formation. The SEP-2 was the sulfated polysaccharides, mainly plays a role through the following three ways(1)anti-inflammatory action: Marine algae were in the presence of a large number of sulfated polysaccharides, these polysaccharides tend to have an anti-inflammatory effect. In AS formation and rupture process, CRP(C-reactive protein) can be combined with LDL-c, in activation of the complement system, resulting in a large number of inflammatory mediators and the release of oxygen free radicals, causing intimal injury, vasospasm and unstable plaque off. SEP-2 can reduce the risk of plaque formation and rupture through the anti-inflammatory response.(2) antioxidant effects:LDL-c after entering the endothelial cells can binded with macrophages by oxidation reaction, causing macrophages into foam cells, and LDL-c becomes oxidized LDL-c. In the second chapter of this Study, it has been found that the Enteromorpha polysaccharide SEP-2 has antioxidant capacity, can improve the body of SOD content, reduced superoxide production MDA, thereby inhibiting the formation of as showed the SEP-2 can be suppressed by the antioxidant plaque formation.(3) lowering LDL-c: The third chapter describes the mechanism of the formation of AS, LDL-c was as an important factor of as in the whole process of production. Thus, the SEP-2 can suppress the atherosclerotic plaque formation and rupture through the three channels,reducing the risk of myocardial infarction, and cerebral infarction and other endpoint events. It can be made to provide a reference for future health care products.5.In addition, the vast majority of the market whitening mask fluorescein and lead ions were exceeded, and fluorescein enters the users’ body will cause serious liver damage and even liver failure, moisture is good made with algae mud mask, significantly improve the complexion moisturize skin and prevent skin aging, low cost, cheap, and there no will be excessive fluorescein and lead ions, so by this method, the production of algae mud mask will not cause harm to human green mask.In summary, the extraction of Enteromorpha polysaccharide has anti-lipid-lowering activity and liver damage,and can develop into health care products. So it has great development value. In addition, the extraction residue down algae mud can also be developed into a harmless green mask,and compared with the White Mask cosmetic effect on the market considerably.It will not have excessive fluorescein and lead elements, and can reduce the liver risk of injury to a large extent, it also has a development value.
