Debris flow is a kind of special fluid with strong destructive, debris flow ruins seriously, with large scale and short time. Its activity frequent, endangering surface wide and frequent activities. This occurred in the mountains or deep gully Valley, the mountains area of natural disasters, it is due to the combined effects of various factors, such as geological conditions, astronomical weather, human activities, climate environment and so on. Once it happens, it will cause a great disaster to the local ecological environment and the daily life of the people, and seriously hinder the development of local economic construction. Grille dam, a prevention and control of the structure to effectively dam to debris flow, has double function of intercept and permeable. The grille dam has a feature that construction is rapid and project quantities is small, but due to its stiffness larger still exist were destroyed, resulting in the risk of secondary disaster. In this paper, aiming at the problem that the common debris flow grid is easy to be damaged, a new type of debris flow grid dam with dampers is proposed. The dynamic response of a new type of grid dam under the impact of debris flow is studied by numerical simulation software. The main contents as follows:(1) Based on the change of the structural stiffness can effectively reduce the impact response of the principle. By using the method of adding damper increases the flexibility of the structure, puts forward a new type of debris flow dam grille with damper. When the new grille dam hit by massive stone, the front grille column and the placed on longitudinal beam damper play a role of energy cushion, thereby reducing the subsequently grid column risk of directly damaged by boulder.(2) To demonstrate grille dam with damper has a certain positive effect on enhancing grid dam shock resistance, we compare it with grille dam without damper to the impact of dynamic response in debris flow big stone through establishment of model. And by comparing the three different kinds of damper under the layout of the pillars of the new grille dam displacement, force and acceleration response, stress distribution and the difference of energy, determine the most conducive to enhance shock resistance of grille dam layout scheme.(3) In order to more practical demonstration new grille dam has better resistance to impact performance, the numerical simulation analysis was carried out on the grille dam in actual engineering, and the simulation under the different heights was researched for two of them, and then structure displacement, maximum impact force, maximum acceleration and stress distribution were analyzed. All of them will validate the new grille dam better resistance to impact performance.Through the above contents, we can understand the new grille dynamic response characteristics of the dam under impact loads, and distinction with ordinary grid dam in shock resistance. This paper can provide some reference to the practical application about new type of debris flow with damper grille dam.
