The influence of global warming which would be caused by greenhouse gases to people and nature can not be ignored. As one of the most important greenhouse gas, the content of carbon dioxide CO2 continues to rise for many years. Massive deforestation, grassland reclamation and overgrazing, caused dramatic changes in the surface vegetation cover and land use, that is an important causes leading to sharp rise in CO2 concentration. In order to study the rule of Space-time change of global atmospheric CO2 concentration and analyzes the relationship between concentration change and surface vegetation cover, the priority is to realize the data network sharing, and make sure that more users to participate in CO2 basic research. So the network sharing method of meteorological observation data is an important direction of current research. At present, many institutions at home and abroad have established their own meteorological observation data storage database, while the publishing and sharing of the global meteorological observation data, especially the greenhouse gases such as CO2 is particularly little. The users usually can only obtain professional data and it is difficult to know the detailed information of global space-time changes. Aiming at the existing problems of low level of network sharing which caused by the characteristics of CO2 meteorological observation data such as expertise professionalism, complicated structure and high parsing difficulty, the artical based on the NASA AIRS data of CO2 L3 V5 products, combining GlobeLand30 global surface coverage of 30 meters, conduct global CO2 meteorological observation data of network sharing method study.First introduce AIRS instrument, NASA satellite products, the characteristics of CO2 data format HDF-EOS; the data types, organization of global surface coverage data GlobeLand30 and analyze the research and technology method this paper needed. Then it would to process annual average CO2 and spatial interpolation algorithm based on the MATLAB, and analyse CO2 metadata content and framework, according to the need to build a reasonable AIRS CO2 meteorological observation data sharing metadata database, to provide service for retrieval of data searching and downloading. Researching the method of building the global tile spatial index using average data, including the generation of tile data, storage management structure, indexing method and the releasing form, etc. To organize and analyse a single point structure and global spatio-temporal data changing respectively in the format of JSON and GeoJSON complete the function of the chart data visualization and download. Finally using development tools such as JavaScript, PHP, OpenLayers to establishment the B/S three layer architecture, complete the publishing of AIRS tiled map and the visualization expression of global CO2 concentration spatio-temporal data, realize the integration display of the AIRS CO2 concentration data with GlobeLand30 and the network sharing of CO2 meteorological observation spatio-temporal data. It provides the platform for a better understanding of the carbon source and changing rules, and the relationship between CO2 concentration distribution and land use/cover surface in global scale.
