Organic silicon material is a recent development of new chemical materials, with its excellent performance is widely used in aerospace, electrical and electronic, automotive, shipbuilding, light industry, machinery, agriculture, and on such industries as medical and health needs increasing production, increasing the size of device, but 50kt/a, 100kt/a production capacity of the core technology and equipment, fluidized bed reaction there is a great technical difficulties.In this paper, the organic silicon plants in Jiangxi Spark 100kt/a organic silicon devices for the object, draw on the experience of organic silicon analysis and design of large-scale fluidized bed. According to the reaction mechanism of organic silicon, a systematic analysis of the fluidized bed reactor, fluidized bed reactor on the reaction temperature control, access to streaming area and flow rate affect the flow of materials, an important condition for effective research, by improving the optimization of fluidized bed the main structure of the reactor, which means the tube components, refer to tube support, distributor, nozzle and thermal oil systems, access to material systems to meet the flow of optimum conditions, thereby to increase the bed of silicon powder and the reaction of methyl chloride efficiency of the design considerations of the bed of the manufacture and maintenance requirements to ensure safe and reliable operation of fluidized bed.By analyzing the design of the fluidized bed pilot plant in Jiangxi silicone devices and 100kt/a of organic silicon devices have been well applied to the organic silicon monomer yield of 86%~90%, reaches the level of foreign technology, Organic silicon devices in order to address large scale problems, to achieve China’s organic silicon production technology and equipment of a major leap forward for the future large-scale fluidized bed for continuous improvement of organic silicon accumulated experience.
