In recent years, with our industrial development, air pollution is serious, especially theSO2pollution. The SO2pollution has become the most serious environmental problem.Domestic and foreign scholars are great importance on the SO2pollution. Though flue gasdesulfurization technology has been widely used, and has ideal effect, they had largeinvestment, high energy consumption, the problem of instability of bacterial desulfurizationefficiency and so on.This article discusses the Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans growth characteristics,domestication breeding for desulfurization of fine strain. The article author strainsAcidithiobacillus ferrooxidans by ultraviolet, microwave mutagenesis, screening thedesulfurization efficiency strains. In addition, the culture medium nutritive components areimproved, which can slow down the jarosite precipitation formation. Using polyhedral hollowball, ceramic Raschig rings and activated carbon on spawn immobilization research, selectionfavors the growth of strain stuffing carrier. Strain in the desulfurizing tower desulfurizationbefore operation, in the tower of precoating experiment, to explore the optimal immobilizedculture conditions. The variation of efficient Thiobacillus ferrooxidans in desulphurizationtower immobilization culture, detect the desulfurization efficiency and to control bacterialdesulfurization efficiency comparison.After mutation screening strains, strain growth faster, in the training process of jarositeprecipitation reduced, bacteria oxidation rate by variation before0.31g/Lh to 0.45g/Lh,oxidation rate increased by 28%. Use K2HPO4and KH2PO4instead of single Kprecipitation formation, when the culture medium K2HPO4, alsocan reduce the jarosite .25g/L, jarosite precipitation generating quantity of 2.5g/L.Strains in the pr2HPOecoat4dosage is0ing teststudy found, pH is 2.0, a temperature of 30℃, shaking speed is 150r/min under conditions offixed effect is good, and the culture formed in the process of precipitation is relatively small,is conducive to the long-term stable operation of desulfurization tower. Immobilized bacteriaoxidation, improve the capacity of each strain, the oxidative capacity of 4.45×10-12g/h.Mutagenesis of strains in the desulfurization tower circulating desulfurization experimentfound, mutation strains can be kept for along time high oxidation desulfurization efficiency,continuous and stable in 80% above.
