The main contents of this article are as follows:1.The impact of pH on the binding of Cu(1I) with Rabbit Liver Metallothionein wasstudied. UV absorption spectrogram of Zn-MT solution and Cu(â…¡) binding Zn-MT solutionwere scaned at200~300nm. copper(â…¡) binding with metallothionein was determined byinductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) method after removing the excessCu2+by semi-permeable membrane. The results showed that copper(â…¡) binding withmetallothionein increased with pH value. metallothionein binding copper (â…¡) content withthe pH value showed the first decline after rising trend and copper (â…¡) content reached thelowest value in the pH5.2.To determinate metallothionein combination with cadmium ions and zinc ion contentunder different pH. Analysising cadmium ion content and zinc ion content ratio for animalsand plants of the cadmium poisoning detoxification conditions provides the basis.Using themetal-hemoglobin saturated method to remove excess metal ions, then ICP-MS determinatedthe content of metallothionein combination with zinc and cadmium.Zinc and cadmiumcontent had a contrary trend in pH3.6~8.6when added cadmium to zinc-metallothionein. Atthe same time, compared Cd/Zn value in different pH value. It was found that Cd/Zn value wasthe largest in pH6.6and Cd/Zn value was minimum in pH8.6. It speculated that adding smalldoses of Zn to reduce the toxicity of cadmium was a better idea in Partial alkaline condition.3. studying corn leaves of metallothionein (MT) inducedsynthesis under zinc, copper, cadmium concentration (0ã€005ã€0.5ã€1ã€2ã€4ã€8ã€16mmol/L)using laboratory solution culturemethod. The results showed that the trend first and then decreased with increasing metal ionconcentration of MT content. Copper, cadmium ion concentration was greater than2mmol/Lconcentration,corn had a certain degree of death.Zinc stress of corn still could grownormally.Zinc, copper, cadmium and stressd corn, the most MT content in the 8mmol/L,0.05mmol/L and0.5mmol/L concentration. That corn can be used as biomarkers forthese types of metal pollution, provide a reliable basis for metal stress physiologicalindicators.Corn had not been significantly inhibited in the higher zinc concentration. So corncan the use of on the absorption of heavy metal compounds, enrichment and conversioncapacity,to reduce the heavy metal content in the soil, the application prospects ofphytoremediation applications.4. studying corn leaves of metallothionein(MT) inducedsynthesis under cadmium concentration (0ã€005ã€0.5ã€1ã€2ã€4ã€8mmol/L)using laboratory solution culture method. The results showed that it was still able tonormal growth of cucumber tolerance to cadmium.cucumber beared the greatest stress concentrationbeyond the scope of the experiment. The law of roots, stems and leaves metallothionein content was not thesame. The biggest concentration of stress MT content was1mmol/L,4mmol/L and2mmol/L.Cucumber canbe Substantial absorption of cadmium in the environment under conditions of cadmium stress, and goodgrowth, high biomass. So we can use cucumber on the absorption of heavy metal compounds, enrichmentand transformation ability to carry out research in order to reduce the heavy metal content in thesoil, provide some prospects for phytoremediation applications. In summary, the impact of pH on the binding of Cu(1I) with Rabbit Liver Metallothionein wasstudied. To determinate metallothionein combination with cadmium ions and zinc ion content underdifferent pH and analysising cadmium ion content and zinc ion content ratio.Laboratory simulationmethod planted corn, cucumber and zinc, copper, cadmium which induced coin metallothionein andcadmium which induced cucumber metallothionein. In this paper, the experimental method is simple, reliable, high accuracy,to provide some basis for further study of metallothionein and phytoremediation ofheavy metals pollution. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | metallothionein copper (II) pH zinc, copper, cadmium stress | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
