Research Of Vacuum Brazing Technology For The Stainless Steelaccessories Of Missile Servo System

The missile servo system，as an actuator of the missile control system, isan important part, which directly determinates the performance of the tacticalmissile. With the development of the tactical missile weapon system to highaccuracy, high mobility and high reliability, the quality requirements of theaccessories for the missile servo system become higher and higher. Thecomponents for the servo system have complex constructs and stricttolerances. The welding joints of the parts are often composed of heterologousstainless steel. After welding with conventional method, the joints has bigdistortion, low strength, low eligibility, unstable quality and high cost.The vacuum brazing technology for the homogeneous stainless steel jointof1Cr18Ni9Ti, and for the heterologous stainless steel joint between1Cr18Ni9Ti and4Cr13,1Cr18Ni9Ti and0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb are studied indetail. According to the theoretical analysis and practical experience, thenickel base filler BNi82CrSiB was chosen, and the technological parameterswere set. The emphasis of the thesis was laid on the research of performanceof the filler BNi82CrSiB，and the analysis of the effect of brazing clearance, brazing temperature and post treatment on brazing joint microstructure andstrength after brazing through the experiments. According to the constructionanalysis and property testing of the joints, the results show that theperformance of the joints obtained by the parameters in this thesis can meetthe demand of the components design requirements in the missile servosystem.The results of this thesis have not only improved the brazing joint quality,but also improved the reliability of the servo system. Thereby it hassignificance for improving the tactical missile performance.
