The optimal reaction conditions had been found at this step, which was reacted at about20℃, catalysed by pyrrolidine and wi th acetone as solvent.At the basis of optimal condition, the middle product5-fluoromethyl-3-aryl cyclo hexenone compounds were obtained in the yield of49%-63%in the use of trifluorom ethyl β-diketone、difluoromethyl β-diketone、bromodifluoromethyl β-diketone and aceton e.In the end, the final products were made in the yield of71%-87%through catal ysing the middle products by TsOH.An unexpected experiment was occurred in the reaction of4,4-Difluoro-1-(4-meth oxy-phenyl)-butane-1,3-dione and acetone, which formed1-(5-Difluoromethyl-4’-methoxy-biphenyl-3-yl)-pyrrolidine in yield of35%. | Keywords/Search Tags: | β-diketones, fluoromethyl, pyrrolidine, phenol compounds | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
