Ginseng flower (Panaxginseng C. A. Mey.)is also named god grass flower, Five plus ginseng plants umbel of ginseng drying is not open. Wild ginseng flower mainly distributed in the east of Asia’s certain region, China, Russia, North Korea and Japan. It contains a variety of nutrition part. There are twenty kinds of saponins active component, and also is rich in Ge elements, Ge is hailed as the "magic element" in medicine, which have excellent activity and the ability to eliminate free radicals, improve the environment, maintain normal metabolism of human body, avoid cell aging, make human feel energetic.Chinese dates (Ziziphus jujube Mill) is also named red jujube, once upon a time, it was classified as one of the "five fruit"(peach, plum, plum and apricot, dates). The main factors that effect the extraction of ginseng flowers in list:extraction temperature> ultrasonic frequency> solid-liquid ratio>extraction time.2The processing techniques of red jujube juice beverage were researched by single factor experiment and orthogonal design experiment, the optimum conditions were extraction time65min, temperature90℃, solid-liquid ratio1:7and extraction times twice. The main factors that effect the extraction of ginseng flowers in list:extraction temperature> solid-liquid ratio>extraction time>extraction times.3In this paper, we use clarifying agent and physical clarify to clarify drinks, and the best one is the method of Chitosan clarification. The addition of chitosan is0.04%, light transmittance of97.1%. Jujube juice Clarification Clarification Act of chitosan, chitosan dosage of0.05%,stationary4h, light transmission rate of96%4The optimal condition of polymerization was found as follows:the addition of the ginseng flowers is7%, jujube juice is12%, the content of sugar is9%,and total acid was0.01%, the sequence of the factors as follow: the addition of ginseng flower> the content of total sugar> the addition of jujube> the content of total acid...
