Paper making tobacco sheet is similar to tobacco in physical properties, however ithas more obvious advantages in improving the quality indexes of cigarette which makeit more and more widely used in cigarette industry. However the studies of domesticrecombinant tobacco sheet started late leading much disadvantages such as throatchoking and astringenting when smoke, high of TSNA in flue gas, poor in intergrationof ash. In this thesis, safe and green micro ecological control agent wer used to degradethe precursors of hazardous substances in tobacco, to improve the smoke flavor ofrecombinant tobacco and to improve the ash intergration capacity of recombinanttobacco wrapping paper.Through the analysis on physical properties of recombinant tobacco raw materialon the basis for the tensile strength, the substrate softness, permeability, thickness andother physical indicators, the optimum conditions of beating process were: the beatingdegree of tobacco stalk was20°SR, unbleached softwood pulp was70°SR, parrothardwood pulp was40°SR. the furnish ratio of unbleached softwood pulp and the parrotbroad-leaved wood pulp was determined as40-60%at the same time, within this range,the substrate appeared better tensile strength, softness, thickness and air permeabilityare well.The dominant bacteria BA1, BA3and BA16were isolated from tobacco for thedegradation of the precursor material. Culture conditions of the strain was analyzedthrough testing, finally got the mixed fermentation medium conditions of: corn flour3%,soybean meal2%, orange peel powder5.0g, K2HPO40.15%, MgSO40.2%, NaCl1.0g,water1000mL, initial pH6. Three kinds of bacteria were mixed in the ratio of2:1:2,5%of which were inoculated into the mixed fermentation culture medium, after30h offermentation the micro ecological regulating agents were obtained.It was found that the bacteria and enzyme in micro ecological regulator couldeffectively degrade cellulose, protein, pectin and starch macromolecules in the tobaccoraw material in a short period. The change regulation of microbial number was analyzedto direct the use of mixed culture and enzyme. Optimum condition of tobacco rawmaterial fermentation effected by micro ecological regulating agents were determinedby orthogonal test, and it was also found that irritation and impurity of the microecological modulators treated recombinant tobacco were reduced through the smokingtest,. To improve the fermentation process,3%strains with high enzyme activity in thefermentation broth was applied to the tobacco material, cultured for36h at30℃, thedegradation of cellulose, protein, pectin and starch rate were16.2%,22.3%,13.4%and15.5%respectively, and quality of recombinant tobacco has been improved significantly,smoking score of which increased by1.46points.Recombinant tobacco sheets were made with micro ecological regulation agenttreated tobacco pulp in which fillers (CaCO3, TiO2and MgO) were concluded for thetest and reached the conclusion that: content of TiO2and CaCO3were8%and12%, ashcolor of ash was white, smoldering velocity is129.4s/150mm, the permeability of107.66cm3/(min cm2), the ash intergration score was88which was significantlyimproved.
