The product of the bellow is an elastic element which is welded by multiplesets of diaphragm,compared with the molding bellows,they have the superiority ofless rigidity, better fatigue performance and more travel. In some specialapplications,they are gradually replacing the molding bellows,becoming the keyelements of accumulators、valves and other products. It can play an important part inthe transformation between stress and displacement、energy transfer and seal、dielectric isolation、temperature compensation、volume compensation、soft shaftconnection、and no inductance spring. It is an indispensable element in the field ofaeronautics and astronautics.A new generation of carrier rocket diaphragm material for GH4169wasinvestigated, the material of the diaphragm on the bellows for the first time use, anddiaphragm thickness thinner, the thinnest thickness of0.12mm. When welding thediaphragm to first several components into a set of welding lining box, more forlining box components and compound film box, and then and upper and lower partswelded bellows components. Stable for preloading treatment, cold treatment afterwelding, hydraulic test, stiffness measurement, helium mass spectrometer leak testand fatigue life test, require high machining accuracy, geometric distortion is small,the welding technology put forward higher requirements. For bellows welding athome and abroad mainly adopt microbeam plasma welding, electron beam welding,precision argon arc welding, diffusion welding and other welding methods. Weldingjoint is the weak link of bellows products, to study the processing technology ofbellows products to ensure the safe use of valve products has important practicalsignificance.The major topic of this paper is the microbeam plasma research andmanufacturing on the0.12mm thick wall GH4169material bellows. I improved theassembling positioning methods and tooling structure through the experiments,andthis paper focused on the influence of the microbeam plasma welding process on thequality of welding line and the properties of the products,and tested variousproperties of the trail-products by using a variety of detection means.Through the process test,I broke through the critical technology of microbeamplasma welding process of the ultra thin GH4169diaphragm, improved theassembling and welding methods,mastered the influence law of out quantity and the microbeam plasma welding technology,developed a bellow product which isconforming to drawings and the requirements of various of technical indexes,theconsistency tolerance of the welding joints size is less than0.1mm,realized themicrobeam plasma welding method’s engineering application on the bellowsproducts.
