With the large integral aluminum wallboard is widely used in transport frame,integral aluminum wallboard extrusion technology is toward the direction of large-scaleand holistic, complex shapes, size precision. The extrusion compound container is themost expensive extrusion tool and constanly affect to efficience the quality of theproduction. As the extrusion compound container working under high temperature, highpressure and high friction environment, the material yield strength will decrease, the linerwall will be weard after used, and it will lead to failure. The more reasonable structuredesign can not only improve the life span and the strength, but also develop the potentialof the hot die steel. Reasonable extrusion compound container structure and size is helpfulto improve the life of extrusion cylinder and ensure the product of excellent mechanicalproperties and internal organization properties.In the extrusion process, the temperature distribution of extrusion compoundcontainer is complex, it is not conductive to the structural homogenity of the billet. Thispaper carried out coupled thermal-mechanical analysis of extrusion container, achievepurposes of isothermal extrusion simulation. Including analysis of the temperature riserate, stress and temperature distribution during preheat condition. Derived the relationshipand impact of stress, temperature and time.Based on the thick-walled cylinder theory. we derived a formula of sresses fordifferent material of extrusion compound container to improve accuracy. This paperresearch on effects of varing interferences and varing structure size by using orthogonalexperiment method.Combined with the theoretical formula and the genetic algorithm,Through the singleobjective optimizationcan improve the carrying capacity of the extrusion container;Combined with the finite elementmethod, genetic algorithm, through the multi-objectiveoptimization can improve the life span of extrusion compound container.
