In strip production, the transverse shear moving strip is mainly the application offlying shears to cut off the plate, belt, or cutting board with the front end of a tongue shapeand fish shape, so that the metal billet for subsequent processing. So flying shear is a beltof plate production line of one of the main machinery and equipment.Crank flying shear novel design, compact structure, high processing efficiency andthe shearing quality is good, has been widely used. This paper takes baosteel cold rollingfive even out crank flying shear, for example,do works as flow:1)The basic structure and operating principle of the flying shear;2) the kinematics analysis of flying shear;3) optimiz and improve the flying shear four bar linkage;4) element analysis of the main parts.With the high-speed development of steel rolling, in recent years, steel rollingtechnology on more and more high to the requirement of the flying shear machine, theproduction efficiency of the whole steel rolling workshop is becoming more and morehigh to the requirement of flying shears. In order to avoid the flying shear in the actualapplication of steel, steel, trajectory of flying shear blade and shear blade speedquantitative analysis, and to adopt suitable shear blade. Angle, amount of overlap of shearblade, the shear blade clearance, the trajectory and the speed of shear blade cutting bladefor quantitative analysis, and carries on the structural improvements or optimization.This paper takes baosteel cold rolling five even out crank flying shear, for example,the application of ADAMS software, the analysis of the flying trtiajeoectory camber ofblade and changes in the rate of shear blade curve is analyzed, the kinematics analysis offlying shear, so for our understanding of the shear process of crank flying shear,quantitative analysis of the shear process similar working performance and design of theflying shear machine has the reference value. And using MATLAB optimization tools,shearing of the flying shear four bar linkage is optimized and improved, the application ofSOLIDWORKS rest on the eccentric shaft and the finite element analysis.
