Microwave absorbing material is a material to be able to absorb electromagneticwaves, which can be converted into heat energy dissipation. Electromagnetic waveabsorbing materials divided into two major categories of coating type and structuraltype, coating absorbing materials due to the use of convenient than structuralmaterials. Because of the simple process and easy to adjust the coating performance,the coating absorbing materials is more attention.In recent years, environmental laws is becoming more perfect, the improvementof environmental protection requirements, many traditional solvent-based coating hasreceived great impact and the proportion of these coating market share is narrower fortheir large emissions of volatile organic compounds(VOC). However, theenvironmental performance of uv curing coating(UVCC) become the characteristicsof the extensive research. This coating has excellent coating property, do not needhigh temperature baking, little or no VOC emissions, application range, etc.Compared with the traditional mature thermal curing process, UV coating have alot of room for improvement, make the UV coating an adapt to all kinds of basematerial, and can be widely used. This paper uses orthogonal experiment design andsynthesis a high performance of barium ferrite absorbing materials, the structure isconfirmed by XRD, TEM and FT-IR, and studied the nano materials as fillers addedto the UV absorbent coating system., developed a new kind of UV absorbing coating,and discussed about the thermal stability of the coating, potter and some basicphysical properties of the coating.(1) Synthesised a barium ferrite doped state polypyrrole (PPy/BaF) by oxidativepolymerization, using the orthogonal experiment systematically discusses the reactiontime, oxidant dosage, dosage of emulsifier and barium ferrite with pyrrole dopingratio on the influence of the conductivity of the product. The introduction of BaF hasaffected the regularity of PPy chain and contincity, SEM morphology analysis clearlysee that the polyrrole is in the form of “Boston ivy” in the growth of ferritenanoparticles surface. The electrical conductivity of product is decide by different proportion coated.(2) Using polyurethane acrylate (PUA), epoxy acrylate (EA), TPGDA, PETA,TMPTA,1173as the foundation, UV curing coating was studied according to thefractional step method, in this formula, the curing film has good adhesion on the glassand the finished car repair primer and tin plate, adhesion level to achieve grade1,hardness for4h, viscosity of coating system is700mPa/s, impact strength of coatingfilm is38-42cm, has good weather resistance.(3) Reference to traditional thermal type of heat resistant hybrid filler coatingrecipe ideas, the absorbing agent was physical blending by large specific surface area,high surface energy of nanometer TiO2and ultrafine talcum power, to improve thedispersion without damage the properties of the absorbing agent in the coating system,the preparation of a multicomponent packing compound coating curing lightabsorbing agent. The coating after curing has good hardness, adhesion, impactresistance and corrosion resistance properties with adding amount of5-7%, at thesame time, this film had good wave absorption performance at the scope of8.88-10.92GHz.
