Low volume fraction Mg2B2O5w/ZL109matrix composites were fabricated byultrasonic agitation, and the preparation of composites were respective by510℃homogenization heat treatment and290℃stress relief annealing. Hereafter, the hotcompression of the three kinds of composites was studied in order to research thehigh-temperature rheological behavior of composites. The constitutive equation wascalculated by using hyperbolic sine function. Isothermal extrusion process ofcomposites was simulated by DEFORM-3D software,which could analysis thechanges Temperature field、stress field、strain field、velocity field、the flow volumeand stroke load from simulation of extrusion process. Finally, the computersimulation and actual extrusion experiment were compared to research themicrostructure and basic mechanical properties of the extruded products.The results show that the plastic properties of extruded-composites wasenhanced at the condition of extrusion temperature400℃、extrusion ratio λ=6andthe velocity v=2mm/s.The cast flaw and the internal stress of during the plasticforming process were eliminated by using methods of homogenization heattreatment, stress relief annealing and predeformation. Homogenization heattreatment was an optimum process for important the plastic of Mg2B2O5w/Z1109composites.
