With the advancement of science and technology, highly integrated electroniccomponents and EMI began to plague humans for that it would cause electronic equipmentmalfunction, endangering human health and leading to intelligence leaks of important sectorssuch as country’s political, economic, defense, science and technology, etc. In order to reducethe harm of electromagnetic waves, human life has been more and more limited. Newresearch and development of electromagnetic shielding composite materials catch increasingattention, which not only reduce the damage of electronic products for humans but also canbroaden the road of Chinese electronics companies go into the world. Therefore,electromagnetic shielding composite materials is an important issue beneficial for country. Inaddition, the processing properties of polymer have great practical significance forcontinuous processing,large-scale and other industrial manufacture of electromagneticshielding composites. Therefore, the processing properties of polymer electromagneticshielding composites not only meet the requirements of polymeric materials technologydevelopment in the field of electromagnetic shielding, but also can change our badconditions that materials are dependent on imported.Through the introduction of new technology methods of steam explosion treatment ofsisal fiber, as well as using separated engage the same three screws to blend, i prepared acomposites material of carbon-coated sisal fibers HDPE/CB/sisal fiber electromagneticshielding composite,and analysed the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness,conductivity,rheological and mechanical properties of HDPE/CB/sisal fiber composites. Experimentalfindings:in the tri-screw extruder molding processing, the composite material with highercontent of carbon black shows higher electromagnetic shielding effectiveness. Added8%SFto HDPE/CB system,the performance of electromagnetic shielding composites is significantlyimproved and electromagnetic shielding value can be increased7dB. With the increasesing ofspeed of tri-screw, the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of composites increases at firstand then reduces,and viscosity decreases. The experiment found that different speed of screw can improve the composite shielding effectiveness to7dB.with the increasesing of tri-screwextrusion temperature, the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness and mechanicalperformance of Composites certainly improved, and the shear viscosity decreases,it indicatethat the tri-screw molding temperature can improve the performance of beneficial workability.After the experiment,we also explore the theoretical and experimental electromagneticshielding electromagnetic shielding value of composites were similar between the two basicerrors below to4dB,which confirms the theoretical significance of Schelkunoff Simulation.
