| The paper regards the East Forth transport tunnel in the1762(3) working face’sfloor strata of Pan San coal mine as research object, according to stabilizationproblem of rock roadway under obliquely straddle working face, comprehensivelyuses six methods of theory analysis, mechanical analysis, numerical calculation, sitesurvey, industry and laboratory experiment to analysis the abutment pressuredistribution in surrounding rock under floor, study the influence of the four keyfactors on the stabilization of surrounding rock, that are lithology, the verticaldistance and horizontal distance between roadway and overlying working face,location between roadway and overlying working face, support pattern and strength,propose control scheme of surrounding rock deformation, successfully applied inengineering practice. The results are as followed:(1) Based on the distribution characteristics of abutment pressure in the seamfloor during overlying working face mining, using elastic mechanics theory, buildstress analysis model and stress and displacement’s relationship model of obliquelystraddle roadway surrounding rock under the influence of advanced and lateralabutment pressure, derive spatial expressions of obliquely straddle roadwaysurrounding rock stress and displacement.(2) By using methods such as theory and actual measurement analysis, obtainthe influence laws on the obliquely straddle roadway surrounding rock stabilizationof the four factors, which are lithology, the vertical distance and horizontal distancebetween roadway and overlying working face, location between roadway andoverlying working face, support pattern and strength: lithology of roof and floorvaries considerably in the scope of mining influence, while siding-walls presentregional differences; the vertical influence scope of the working face on floorroadway is30~40m, while the horizontal is50~60m; the influence degree ofsurrounding rock of roadway at the side of working face is large, while small belowworking face; cable anchor support effectively control the deformation of roadwayside-walls, while the controlling effect of steel U-shaped shed support is notobvious.(3) With the FLAC2Dsoftware, numerically calculate obliquely straddleroadway under the influence of overlying working face, with comparison analysis ofchange features of stress and displacement when choose anchor bolt support, joint support of anchor bolt and U-shaped steel shed, shotcrete and grout support, gain theinfluence rules different location between roadway and overlying working face,support pattern and strength on the change of stress and displacement.(4) Based on the analysis of theory and numerical calculation of obliquelystraddle roadway surrounding rock stabilization, combine original support anddeformation characteristics of roadway, propose control scheme of surrounding rockdeformation, adapting to the geological characteristics of Pan San coal mine,provide a theoretical basis for the similar roadway maintenance, successfully appliedin engineering practice. |
