The main maintance technology of floor roadway is setting a certain width protectioncoal pillar. However, affected by the field mining conditions, the protection coal pillar cannot play a role in protecting the floor roadway; on the contrary, it will make the roadwaybear the high coal pillar abutment pressure, and directly affect coal mine’s efficientproduction.Based on the study on the surrounding rock stability anlysis and its control technologyof82connection roadway in Xutuan coal mine, which is affected by the coal pillarabutment pressure, firstly, semi-infinite elasticity theory is applied to obtain thedistribution laws of different coal pillar abutment pressure in the floor strata; and accordingto the stress characteristics of roadway surrounding rock, elastic-plastic mechanics theoryis used to analyse the influence laws and influence degrees of roadway location, roadwaydepth, support resistance and rock residual strength on the roadway surrounding rockstability. Then, field investigation is applied, the geological and mining conditions of82connection roadway, deformation and failure characteristics and its main influencingfactors of82connection roadway are obtained, and numerical simulation measure is usedto comparatively analyse the change of surrounding rock plastic zone area, surroundingrock deformation and load bearing of U-shape steel frame after the effect of coal pillarabutment pressure; and the influence of different contact relationship between frame andsurrounding rock on stress and deformation characteristics of U-shape steel frame andself-supporting capacity of surrounding rock are also obtained by using numericalsimulation measure. Next, based on the above studies, the enclosed integral bearingstructure support technology with synergetic support of frame and anchor cable+fullsectional grouting reinforcement+high strength bolt-mesh-anchor floor support is putforward, the mechanism of enclosed integral bearing structure support technology isanalyzed, the capacity of enclosed integral bearing structure support technology and itsinfluencing factors are made sure, and the effectiveness of the technology on thesurrounding rock control of roadway under coal pillar is verified by using numericalsimulation measure. At last, according to the geological and mining conditions of82connection roadway and the mechanism of enclosed integral bearing structure supporttechnology, the support scheme and support parameters are determined, the industrial testis conducted, and the good results ara achieved.
