At present, in most of mining area in ShanXi,a large area of damage zone leftbecause of unordered mining of small coal mine, much potential safety hazardexisted in these areas.there are many fissures on the YuanBao mountain in the XiQucoal mine, which will exist potential safety hazard to the safey mining and life ofworkers. This study relys on the project of Geological exploration of Shanxi xishan coalelectricity group co.,LTD Xiqu coal mine Yuanbao mountain, analysis thestability of YuanBao Mountain by mining slope stability prediction method andFLAC3D numerical simulation prediction method. We can get the numericalsimulation geological model, mechanics properties of engineering geological rockmass and the distribution of goaf, based which we can built the geometric model, parameter selection of calculation model and simulation analysis. After the literature, based on the revised prediction model of probability integral, we predit the surfacedeformation caused by partly mining of underground coal seam in mountainousarea, then apply the general rules to the analysis of the goaf that around theYuanBao Mountain, based which,we can predict the mining slope stability.By the prediction, we can get the ground deformation and failure rules ofpartical mining in mountain area, then then apply the general rules to the analysis ofthe goaf that around the YuanBao Mountain and get the good result; in this paper, weanalysis the stability of YuanBao Mountain by mining slope stability predictionmethod and FLAC3D numerical simulation prediction method, the result show thatthe slope is stable and without the possible of landslide occured. It provides securityassurance to people and industrial production...
