The long flame coal in Shendong in our country is the main coal of coalliquefaction technology, which is of the feature of low ash, low sulfur, lowphosphorus and good reactive. Coal-to-liquids technology especially for the oil rateand conversion ratio has higher requirements for coal macerals. Among them, thevitrinite and exinite are the active component of coal to oil, and the inertinite is theinert component. By increasing the active component, it can effectively improve oilrate and conversion ratio and reduce energy consumption.For coal of coal-to-oil in Bulianta of Shendong, we study on enrichment oforganic macerals by electrostatic separation.From coal quality analysis of long flame coal in Shendong, the ash is about4.8%,hydrogen content is relatively low, and carbon content is relatively high. Mineralmatter in coal is less,only a small amount of calcite.The coal particle size is fine,degree of fineness is90.67%, d50=22.95μm.The coal of low density level is more.Vitrinite content of coal is about57.67%, and the degree of dissociation is about86.07%. Enrichment of vitrinite is in the low density level, and enrichment ofinertinite is in the high density level.For charged nature of the coal,low density havehigh charge-mass ratio,charged for positive.With higher density, charge-mass ratio isdecreasing,and gradually the coal become negatively.From experimental study on process parameters of triboelectrostaticbeneficiation for long flame coal in Shendong, the paper expounds the the principle ofenrichment of coal macerals by triboelectric beneficiation, Evaluation standard foractive components of clean coal and the taking off idle efficiency index, and paperanalyzes the effect of the height to width Ratio, the sepatation Plate, plate voltage, airquantity and feed concentration on enrichment of coal macerals of long flame coal inShendong. Adjustable parameters can effectively improve the enrichment of activecomponents. And paper studies on the relationship between ash content and vitrinite;it expounds the negative correlations between ash and vitrinite of long flame coal inShendong.According to the three factors of triboelectrostatic beneficiation, the paperobtains the optimal operating parameters from quadrature experiment, which are platevoltage40KV, air quantity243.36m3/h and feed concentration is0.59kg/m3.On thebest feed concentration, the paper estimates the particle average spacing is about 0.5mm. By triboelectrostatic beneficiation, the active component of clean coal isincreased by10%, up to about68%. Plant yield is about60%. By the comparativeanalysis of enrichment of coal macerals of long flame coal in Shendong and processby triboelectrostatic beneficiation and conventional flotation,Enrichment effect andprocess of triboelectrostatic beneficiation is a little better than that of conventionalflotation, cyclone-static micro bubble flotation column is better than conventionalflotation machine.Through triboelectrostatic beneficiation, enrichment of vitrinite is effectivelyimproved; resource utilization rate is increasing. And it has a very importantsignificance for improving the efficiency of coal oil...
