The relationships among energy, economy and environment are complex, in whichthere has been a mutual influence, the rapid growth of the economy causes seriousenvironmental pollution and large energy consumption and waste, which, in turn,restrict economic growth; Under the current development mode, the rapid economicgrowth of Fujian province will increasingly pressure on environment and energy, atthe same time, economic growth will be restrained more seriously by environmentalpollution and energy shortages, for which the economic growth of Fujian provinceshould coordinate the relationships among economy, energy and environment in thefuture, not only to hold the economic growth rate, but also make full use of energyand protect the environment.This paper based on the theory of the system of energy, economy and environment(3E) and the system theory, we construct the system dynamics model of3e system ofFujian province, and use VENSIM software to simulate and forecast the developmentof3e system from2013to2020, then construct the multi-objective programmingmodel for the core parameters of the system dynamics model according to thecharacteristics of the model test results, and use genetic algorithm to calculate theoptimal value of the core parameters, those values are used to seek coordinateddevelopment path of the3e system of Fujian province by simulating the systemdynamics model again. The results show that: firstly, from2013to2020, under theexisting economic policy and the energy consumption structure in Fujian province,the speed of economic growth will slow; Second, the rapid growth of the economyresults in more serious pollution of the environment and greater energy gap, whichrestricted economic development in return. According to the results of the study, weput forward a few policy suggestions: firstly, change the mode of economicdevelopment, adopt to the intensive growth mode; Second, improve the investment inenvironment protection and energy use, increase the ratio of environment and energyinvestment to GDP; Third, increase investment in science and technology, andimprove the ability of handling pollution and using energy efficiency; Fourth,optimize the industrial structure and energy consumption structure.
