With social progress and technological development, different food safety issues had beengradually highlighted. The environmental awareness and health consciousness is gradually improving, but also increasingly on the importance of food safety awareness with people’s living standardsimproving. Agricultural products are the main food for the survival of the human, which is easilycontaminated by industrial waste water containing heavy metals, pesticides, sewage and other factors. While the agricultural products which were contaminated by heavy metals could be accumulate in thefood chain. All of these will be caused pollution to other animal products. Pb and Cd were the mostthe most common heavy metal pollution of heavy metals and were highly toxic to human tissue andbrain. Because of the existing detection methods is time-consuming and affects the efficiency ofdetection, rapid detection of heavy metals is significant to different agricultural products. In thisstudy, the ashing processing of agricultural products was optimized by integrating different methodsof food ashing. Then the heavy metal content of Pb and Cd in agricultural products was measured byanodic stripping voltammetry. The detailed contents and results of this study were as follows.1. The ashing optimization of agricultural products. The result showed the time consumed ofsample treatment can be effectively shorted by the method of ashing in agricultural products and theresult of measured content of heavy mental was stabilized. The charring additives raw materials anddosage was determined by comparing the effect of the charring additives raw materials and dosage onthe ashing result of agricultural products. Then the ashing optimization of agricultural products washydrogen peroxide7mL, concentrated nitric acid2mL and the ashing additives was magnesiumnitrate and the dosage was equaled to the material. Based on the findings, the processing of ashing inagricultural products to measure the heavy metal was carbonized30min, ashed30min, then ashed1hin muffle furnace with550℃.2. The concentration of Pb and Cd in agricultural products was measured by anodic strippingvoltammetry. In this section, the result of detection of heavy metal in agricultural products, standarddeviation, and the coefficient of variation were comply with combined requirements and theexperimental methods with a high precision. The interference experiments showed the concentrationof Fe3+and Ca2+with higher than1000and Cu2+with higher than500was significant to theresult of detection of heavy metal in agricultural products (O<0.05), while the Mg2+was notsignificant. The result of detection of heavy metal in corn, wheat, rice, soybean showed the contentof Cd in corn and wheat was higher than national standards and the value was0.1585±0.0018μg/g,0.1808±0.0139μg/g respectively.
