Currently silver is mainly used as the material of spacecraft interconnection film,but silver is not enough to resist bad environment. Mo has good thermal conductivity,etc, while it has poor weldability. The method to take silver in the molybdenum foil isused to improve the properties of interconnection film material. Because of Mo andAg having different coefficient of thermal expansion, covering coating is easy to falloff and be damaged. Therefore, MEVVA source of metal ion implanter is applied toinject Ag ion into molybdenum foil in this project, and deposit silver in the surface ofmolybdenum foil that is injected into Ag ion by Cyanide-free silver platingtechnology. As the characteristics of Mo/Ag laminar metal matrix composites are sogood, this is very suitable for LEO space craft under alternating thermal force.Surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy has been widely used in the identificationand molecular structure of substances, but Surface science rarely touch molybdenumand molybdenum metal micro-nanoscale level, extremely molecular adsorptionbehavior of the electrochemical interface, the different molecular structureinformation has not yet been reported.Based on the alloying mechanism, using pure Mo foil as metal matrix, adoptingetching, ion implantation, electroplating and annealing, we prepared the Mo/Aglaminar metal matrix composites successfully:(1) Deposit silver in molybdenum foil that is injected into Ag by Cyanide-freesilver plating technology. Test performance of the bath by observing stability. Testperformance of the coating by SEM observation and adhesion testing. The resultsshow that after depositing silver in molybdenum foil through ion implantation, thecoating is better than that is deposited silver in molybdenum foil directly about grainsize, structure, bonding, etc;(2) Surface-enhanced Raman Effect is produced from molybdenum foil that isinjected into Ag, indicating that ion implantation mechanism also has a certain effectfor Raman spectroscopy;(3) Study SERS of the ion implantation of Mo/Ag metal matrix composites.Based on surface enhanced Raman spectra analysis that we obtained, finding that Agion implantation process and the plating solution composition and adsorption have agreat impact on combination of Mo/Ag metal matrix composites; (4) It provides the substrate of micron-level roughness for surface-enhancedRaman spectroscopy, when the island membrane structure of Mo/Ag metal matrixcomposites formed by the annealing process.This paper provides a new method for the preparation of not compatible solidsolution system laminar metal matrix composites. The using of prepared Mo/Aglaminar metal matrix composites for LEO space vehicle will effectively improve itson-orbit life and reliability, and the surface enhanced Raman spectrum basementpreparation, application to a certain extent and prospects.
