The management of oil field is more and more digital in the future,digital collectionby yield is the important content of the digital management.The rod-pumped well isaccounting for a large propotion in oil field production at present,one of the methods incalculating the liquid production of rod-pumped well is using indicator diagram tocalculate production. Because of oil well condition is complicate,the model of usingindicator diagram to calculate production is imperfect to describe the kinestate of pumpunit,the precision of calculating liquid production should improved.To satisfy therequirement of caculating production in digital and improve the precision of calculatingproduction, the main studying contents of this paper can be divided into the followingseveral aspects.With using matural quadratic regression algorithm, regression analysis the liquidproduction of the oil well which has been blocked.For satisfying the precision of thecaculated production of all stages of oil well production, Quadratic regression analysisthe liquid production of different stage in this paper,it can help to caculate the liquidproduction with Indicator diagram.Considering the inertial load,this paper gives out the mechanical model and themathematical model of the pattern which can describe the travel of the rod string whenthey go up and down, improves the model of the upper beam, simulates all section ofthe rod string and neutral point of the rod string and to solve the equivalent share stiffnessof the helical bucking section,Ansys software is used to simulate the helical buckingsection.On the basis of considerating of helical bucking section’s rigidity,this paper establishesthe model of oil-well pump’s one-dimensional indictor diagram based on mass-springmechanical system and compares with the model based on nonindividual body this papergets the indictor diagram.On the basis of considerating of helical bucking section’s axial shortening and theindictor diagram,the plunger’s effective stroke is got.The liquid production of this twomodel is calculated based on the influence of gas and the results are compared.In the end,by virtue of the Visual Basic6.0,we develop the software to compare thetwo model’s precision in calculating the liquid production so we can give the proof of thesimulation.
