Pesticide residues has becomea fatal problemto obstacle thedevelopment ofmodernization agriculture,endangering people’s health, hindering economicdevelopment,how to strengthen and improve the system of pesticide residuesisparticularly crucial.In the traditional pesticide residue testing, due to time-consuming,labor-intensive, bulky equipment and other reasons, has not been large-scale promotion.The proposed of molecular imprinting technology is expected to solve theseproblems, making the detection of pesticide residues more simple, rapid and sensitive.This article aims to prepare molecular imprinting membrane which porphyrin asfunctional monomer and organophosphorus analogs DMMP as template molecule,Study the specificity binding and the detection performance ofmolecular imprintedmembrane for the template, to identification and detection the pesticide molecular.1) Usingbenzaldehyde, hydroxybenzaldehyde and pyrrole synthesizedmonohydroxy porphyrin MHTPP by Alder approach,and synthesizedZinc Porphyrin andmanganese porphyrin,and optimizing the synthesis conditions, characterizing the finalproduct.2)Prepared DMMP molecularly imprinted membrane whichusing MAA, MAA+alkenyl zinc porphyrin, MAA+alkenyl manganese porphyrin as functional monomer,respectively.IR spectra Show the characteristic peaks are present within the scope of itsdisplacement in imprinted membrane,-P=O vibration peak does not exist innon-imprinted membrane,which proved the success of imprinted membrane preparation.3)Adsorption experiments, imprinted membrane demonstrated good adsorptionproperties, non-imprinted membrane only showon physical adsorption, adsorption oforganic phosphorus pesticides with similar DMMP, the membrane of DMMP showedhigh specificity.Adsorption of organic phosphorus pesticides similar to DMMP, theimprinted membrane showed high specificity to DMMP.4)The spectral changes before and after the elution of the membrane were studiedby UV and fluorescence spectra,proved the spectral intensity decreasing of imprintedmembrane after elution, the reaction withthe series concentration of DMMP solution,there is a good linear relationship; 5)Visual arrayshow different colors afterimprintedmembranereaction withdifferentconcentrations of DMMP, so as to establish a correspondence between theimprintedmembranewith theseries concentration of DMMP;...
