It is applied in manyaspects, such as medical science, agriculture and biological engineering. This articlefocused on the study of synthesis, characterization, and the stereoselective reaction ofchiral phosphorus containing nitrogen. It contains four parts:1. We discussed mainly about the stereoselective synthesis of chiral amino alcoholsderivatives phosphate and described the reaction of the compound with sulfur, designedand synthesised the associated chiral P-N ligands.2. This article preliminarily discussed the preparation of cyclic nitrogen-containing organicphosphorus compounds which prepared from N,N-bis(2-bromobenzyl)-2-methylpropan-2-amine and (R)-N,N-bis(2-bromobenzyl)-1-phenylethan-1-amine, and carried on research in thestereoselectivity of compounds with different substituents which connected to phosphorusatom.3. We select optical pure chiral P(O)-H compounds as chiral precursor. A series of α-aminophosphonates were synthesised by their addition reaction with schiff base with differentsubstituents respectively. The yield of most compounds was above90%mostly, and theenantioselectivity was up to99:1.4. Based on the reaction of diphenyl oxide phosphonic with cinnam aldehyde, we studiedthe stereoselective reaction of ɑ-hydroxyl compounds which rearranged and formed1,3-diphosphonic oxybenzene propanol. By controlling the solvent and the temperatureconditions, u and l two isomers can be obtained as the major product respectively. | Keywords/Search Tags: | chiral, phosphonate, stereoselectivity, chiral amino alcohols, P-N ligands, cyclic nitrogen-containing organic phosphorus compounds, α-amino-containing organicphosphorus compounds, rearrangement | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
