As one of the most significant logos and images in public activities of an industry,business wear has been increasingly widely applied in social economic life. The businesswear enriches and plumps the industry image by its characteristics of logo, color, style,and uniform accessory. However, in some industries, the design philosophy is backwardand style dress material is not suitable for the development of industry, etc. With theimplementation of Highway Law of the People’s Republic of China, the roadadministration personnel have obtain corresponding legal position and executive power;however, the dressing of road administration personnel has many styles. As the roadadministration personnel are law-executors, they should have a uniform dressing to showtheir identification, so the author considers that the design of uniform specification forthe business wear of national road administration personnel is necessary, and analyzesthe business war and put forward new design philosophy, which is beneficial to theharmonious development of the industry.The paper, in light of preparation and review of uniforms of highway roadadministration, collects pictures and documents. Especially, the author investigated andinterviewed the public and road administration personnel who wear these uniforms. Incombination with actual work conditions and characteristics of highway roadadministration workers and in light of the existing problems and shortages, put forwardan optimized design scheme, so as to lay solid theoretical research foundation for thebusiness wear of road administration personnel. Moreover, through the investigation andinterview of road administration personnel, summarize their requirements on uniformsand the defects of the existing uniforms, and put forward specific solutions, so as to plana correct thinking for the future design of uniform and establish a complete uniformdesign system. Besides, through philosophy research of road administration uniforms andin light of the existing problems of current highway road administration uniform, putforward improved scheme.Through analysis of highway road administration uniforms, the contributions of thepaper are summarized as follows: 1. Modern transportation develops rapidly. It has practical social significance toimprove and apply standard to highway road administration personnel’s uniforms,upgrade the functions and designs of uniforms, and build good images of highway roadadministration personnel.2. Through collection and preparation of existing journals, books and data, theauthor finds out that no one has ever specially conducted systematic design and theory onthe uniforms of highway road administration personnel. Therefore, the author, throughthe data collected, conducted description and analysis on the development and currentsituation of uniform of highway road administration, so as to lay foundation for thedesign of future business wear of highway road administration. The author also putforward improved uniform design scheme of highway road administration personnel andstrived to build a set of systematic design flow.3. The author also conducted questionnaire and discussion with the public andhighway road administration personnel and acquired their requirements and advice onhighway road administration uniforms in the following aspects: variety, color, type,material and accessory, etc. Through collection and preparation of their opinions andadvice, the author points out the main problems of the uniforms of highway roadadministration personnel, thus providing direction for future improvement.4. The identification of road administration image is mainly realized through lawenforcement of highway road administration personnel, and service industry. Theuniform affects the work of highway road administration personnel unconsciously. Onthe basis of information collected and research, put forward a set of innovative designschemes of business wear for road administration in light of the characteristics andrequirements of highway road administration, which brings about very importantpractical significance for the analysis and research of future highway road administrationuniform.
