Ecosystem services are the formation of the ecological system and humansurvival and development environment to maintain and utility, and includingecosystem provides ecological system goods and ecological servicefunction. Influenced by human activities and natural factors, the land use/cover changes, which also affected the ecosystem services provided by species andsize.Study on regional land use types lead to the changes in the value of ecosystemservices change, has a great significance for promoting the regional ecologicalenvironment protection and sustainable development. This paper mainlyJinghe Ebinur core area basin as the research target, through the1990,2001,2011Land sat TM remote sensing image, the land use types in the basin is divided into7categories,mainly land, woodland, grassland, wetland, water, construction landand unused land, through research and a lot of scientific computing,we can draw thefollowing conclusions:(1) In unused land and woodland types of land use in Jinghe basin, the sum ofthe two accounted for more than70%,accounted for the major part of the wholestudy area, construction land is the smallest proportion.In1990-2011years,construction land dynamic degree of highest to0.0681. Grassland andunused absolute change area separated for the top of2, the grasslandarea decreased seriously, reached65249km2, the largest area of unusedland increased,an increase of55759km2.Land use change in the study area thebiggest characteristic is:water, forest and grassland are on the decline, while theother four types of land use are increasing, show that the ecological system in theentire study period the overall degradation situation. The land use change anddriving factors are mainly the natural factors and human factors, the natural factorsare mainly the temperature factor, rainfall and wind sand disaster, human factor isthe social economic factors, including population too and unreasonable utilization ofwater resources, land use, extensive growth.(2) The total value of ecosystem services in the Jinghe Basin of waterconservation, climate regulation, waste treatment and the highest proportion ofthree, and mo re than52%of the total value.According to the overall levelof contribution of each function of the service value of ecosystem services value, from high to low are: water conservation, climate regulation, waste disposal, protection of biological diversity, soil formation and protection, gas regulation, recreation culture, raw materials, disturb an ceregulation, nutrient cycling, foodsupply, biological control.In1990the total value of ecosystem services is12.669billion Yuan, the first is to reduce to11.82billion Yuan in2001to2011,the totalvalue of ecosystem services is12.695billion Yuan,1990-2011year increase of0.26million Yuan, the general trend is decreased first and then increased.(3) Through the estimation of the sensitivity index, the results can be seen, thesensitivity change more ecological service function between different land usevalue of ecosystem services index, but the same kinds of land use types are not thesame year sensitivity index did not change significantly, were less than1,whichindicates that the ecological system service value to ecosystem services index isinelastic, the results are believable.(4) Seven kinds of land use types in the study area ecosystem was extremelysignificant positive correlation between the type of service and its correspondingarea. Area of forest and gas regulation function and material function is positivecorrelation is significant, the correlation also and forest biodiversity protectionfunction;it was negatively correlated with the formation of the area of the soil andthe protection of cultivated land;Overall, the relationship between the overall forestecosystem services in the study area as a whole and individual ecosystem servicesmost closely....
