| In this paper, complexing modified polyamide1010(PA1010) was prepared viamelt-extrusion process by using Calcium chloride(CaCl2), Lithium chloride(LiCl) andZinc chloride(ZnCl2) as complexing agent. X-ray Diffraction(XRD), DifferentialScanning Caborimetry measurement(DSC) and Fourier transform infraredspectroscopy(FTIR) were used for studying the effect of the complexing agent. Theresult shows that, the all three complexing agent have effect on PA1010, when thecontent of CaCl2and LiCl was up to6%, PA1010was noncrystalline, but ZnCl2wasineffective compared with CaCl2and LiCl. The mechanical properties and opticalproperties show that The right amount of complexing agent can improve themechanical properties and optical properties of the composites, the transmittance ofthe composites with8%CaCl2can up to82.38%.PA1010/CaCl2composite was choosed for further study, the crystalline andmelting behavior of PA1010/CaCl2composite was studied by DSC and XRD. Theresult shows that, PA1010has double melting peak, the high-temperature peak standsfor the perfect crystal and the low-temperature peak stands for the imperfect crystal, the imperfect crystal generated in lower crystallization temperature, this crystal couldrecrystallization and changed into the perfect crystal. Adding calcium chloride canpromote the generating of the imperfect crystal. PA1010has two crystal form: α-formand δ’-form, after heat treatment, δ’-form crystal can be transformed into the α-formcrystal. According to the Isothermal and non-isothermal crystallization kinetics, thecrystallization rate of the PA1010/CaCl2composite was slower than the pure PA1010.The Variable temperature FTIR and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS)was used to study the chemical structure of PA1010/CaCl2composite. We found thatthe absorption peaks in690cm-1,940cm-1,1190cm-1,1240cm-1were related to thecrystallization of the material. In the PA1010/CaCl2composite, calcium chloride wascomplexing with oxygen atom, and distroied the original hydrogen bonds betweenamide group. So the crystallization ability of PA1010was undermined. |
