With the development of economy and society, Our China’s atmosphericpollution begin to show the characteristic of compound pollution. PM2.5is the corepollutant of atmospheric compound pollution. The research of Nanchang atmospherePM2.5has important significance in the background. This issue studied the distributive characters and the inorganic elements ofPM2.5at the ground layer in Nanchang. The conclusion is as follows:The major pollutant of atmosphere particulate matter pollution is PM2.5inNanchang, PM2.5has significant seasonal variation: Fall> winter> Spring> summer. The concentration of PM2.5has a good correlation with temperature, barometricpressure, relative humidity, wind speed and rainfall, which was positively correlatedwith barometric pressure and negatively correlated with others. Nanchangatmospheric PM2.5has significant regional variations: urban traffic trunk> suburbindustrial area> urban residential area> suburb residential area> suburb. The PM2.5at the ground Layer in Nanchang in summer has weak correlationwith the vertical height. The concentrations of PM2.5within36m are at the samelevel, not affectde by vertical height; but in winter, the PM2.5has good correlationwith the vertical height., influenced greatly by the vertical height, it first rise after fallwith height. The inorganic elements are about9.45%of PM2.5in Nanchang. The inorganicelements are in descending order by: Se <Cd <Ni <Pb <Cu <Mn <Zn <As <Cr <Ca<Al <Mg <Fe <K. In inorganic elements in Nanchang PM2.5,the pollution elementsexcept Mn, Cr, As, Cu, Zn, Pb, Ni, Cd, Se, etc. have different levels of enrichment inPM2.5; earth elements other than Ca, K, Fe, Mg, Al,etc are not enriched in PM2.5.
