Waters around Wucheng town in Poyang lake area is the research object, microorganism of Bang Lake, Sha Lake, Da huchi Lake, Gan River, Xiu river weredetected and bacteriology were evaluated. Bang Lake area was the core of Poyang Lakemigratory birds protected area with large area, better natural state、migratory birdsenrichment. In this paper, contrasted with bacterical diversity of Bang Lake water bodyand seasonal variation characteristics of environment factors were studied in Bang Lake. The correlation between the bacteriological indexes, the correlation betweenbacteriological indexes and environmental factors were discussed. The results showed that:(1) Bacterial cornmunity composition of Bang Lake in lentic period included: β-Proteobaeteria,-Proteobaeteria, γ-Proteobaeteria, Actinobaeteria, Baeteroidetes andthree genotypes belonging to the new taxa. This several known bacterical groups share56.3%,6.3%,7.5%,13.8%and11.3%respectively.(2) The similarity compared most of gene sequence established in the bacterialgene library with known16S rDNA sequence in Genbank was≥97%. The resultsshowed that the bacterica species distribution of water in Bang Lake was wide, andmost of them have been found in other environmental samples.(3) Bacteriological evaluation of five river: the pollution degree was BangLake>Sha Lake>Da huchi Lake>Xiu River>Gan River. The water quality of five riverswas accord with the requirement of secondary water supply. The main source of fecalcontamination was human in Bang Lake. The source of fecal contamination was mainlya mixture of human pollution. Pathogens were detected in Bang Lake, Sha Lake and Dahuchi Lake.(4) It was positive correlation and very significant between the number of totalbacteria with total coliforms, enterococcus (P<0.01), and positive correlation andsignificant (P<0.05) with fecal coliform bacteria. There was positive correlation andvery significant (P<0.01) between total coliforms with enterococcus. The correlationbetween the four kinds of indicator bacteria with three common pathogenic bacteria waspositive. There was good directions about total bacteria, enterococcus to the three kindsof pathogenic bacteria (P<0.01).Total coliform bacteria had well indicates to salmonella (P<0.05).(5) The detection ranges in different periods about total bacteria, total coliformsbacteria, pH, COD, TP, TN, NH4+-N, NO3--N were:3.6×102~7×104cfu/mL,2.1×103~1.4×105cfu/100mL,6.0~9.0,12.48~23.96mg/L,0.07~0.115mg/L,1.28~3.78mg/L,0.256~0.561mg/L,0.085~0.291mg/L. Meanwhile, the influence degree of seasonalchanges to each index showed: dry season> level season> wet season.(6) In different seasons, it was positively correlated between the total bacteria, totalcoliforms bacteria and the six kinds of environmental factors. And there was verysignificant between the total bacteria and COD (P<0.01), and significant with the TP,TN and NH4+-N (P<0.05), not obviously related to pH and NO3--N. There was verysignificant between total coliforms bacteria and the indicators of COD, TP and NH4+-N(P<0.01). There was very significant between total coliforms bacteria and the indicatorsof pH, TN, NO3--N (P<0.05). Visibly, the mutual influence of microorganism andenvironmental factors in water and relationship were very complex. Various researchesshould be performed to better explore the relationship between indicators ofbacteriology and environmental factors.Based on the researches of the bacterial diversity of water body in Bang lake, bacteriology indicators, environmental factor and its the correlation between them, theresearches provide scientific basis for enacting the bacteria hygiene index of lake waterquality and assessing the water quality.
