This thesis explored the formula of platinum catalyst dehydrogenation in detail. Toget the optimized catalyst,optimizated the catalyst from each component content andcarrier selection were investigated; The transition metals and precious metals were addedas a third additive multicomponent catalysts. The effect of additive type and content on thecatalyst was investigated; At last, FPS-12was the optimal catalyst. The influence ofdifferent process conditions on the catalyst performance were investigated.A series ofvaluable results and conclusions were obtained, which has enormous reference value forthe study of isobutane dehydrogenation catalyst.This thesis contained several sections:The first part was focused on these aspect to optimize the recipe of catalysts such ascontent of components, carriers and the immersing concentration of ammonium hydroxide.Among these tests, we finally determined the optimal casre,as followed, the ratio of Pt toSn was1:1.5, the content of Pt was0.4%, the content of K was1%.The carrier wasmacroporous Al2O3or middle Al2O3.The optimal expeimental results indicated thatisobutane conversion rate was about30%and the isobutene selectivity was higher than80%.The second part,the influence of different additives,such as transition metals andprecious metals on original Pt-Sn catalyst were examined. Among the added five kinds oftransition metals additives, the addition of2%Cu could make isobutane conversion rateincreased to35%and isobutene selection to be higher than80%. Among the added fourkinds of precious metals additives, The results also showed that the addition of1%Aucould make isobutane conversion rate increased to be more than40%and the isobuteneselection to be higher than80%and for more than20hours.Moreover, the process conditions of FPS-12catalyst were investigated.The resultsshowed that the catalyst was studied at the temperature of600℃,the feed speed of773h-1,and the ratio of feed gas to hydrogen gas flow is about1:3. Under this process condition, isobutane conversion rate was over40%and isobutene selection was at around85%continuously, stable, and repetitive.
