Soil fertility degenerated and water environment deteriorated under the pollutionof heavy metal, which can harm people’s health through the food chain. Therefore, itis very important to rehabilitate the soil polluted by heavy metal, while screening ofplant which enriches heavy metals became the focus of the study.To evaluate thesituation of soil pollution in industrial of Ganhetan in Xining of Qinghai province,wesampled the soil and native plant in this area and determinated the heavy metal ofthem. The results showed that: The soil of this smelting mentals area was polluted byCd、Zn,in which Zn belongs to moderate pollution and the pollution of Cd wassevere.The plants that can better enrichment Cd、Zn include Cirsium setosum,Rumexpatientia,Potentilla ansrina,Artemisia argyi,Cirsium japonicum,Artemisia annua、Taraxacum mongolicum,Plantago depressa,Potentilla bifurca L,Plantago asiatica、Hippochaete ramosissima, a total of11species of native plants.;In the11species ofnative plants, The Rumex patientia and Cirsium setosum had the large biomass、easyreproduction、short growing season、strong resistance to disease. The enrichmentcapability of them on Cd was significantly greater than them on. therefore, wefiltered Rumex patientia and Cirsium setosum as the enrichment plants on the heavymetal of Cd;The pot experiment by add different concentrations of heavy metalsshowed that Rumex patientia and Cirsium setosum had better enrichment capability toCd in a certain concentration. And their biomass reached the maximum at theconcentration of15μg·g-1, at which the enrichment capability of them were the best.Their biomass and enrichment capability would declined When the concentration ofCd in soil more than45μg·g-1;The germination tests through add two growthregulators to the seed of Rumex patientia and Cirsium setosum showed thatnaphthalene acetic acid would promote the seed germination of Rumex patientia andCirsium setosum, and it would reached the best when the concentration was5mg·L-1.The gibberellic would inhibited the seed germination of Rumex patientia. Soaking theseeds of Cirsium setosum with gibberellic of400mg·L-1could promote the seedsgermination of Cirsium setosum; Although we screened the plants enrichment ofheavy metal cadmium, but there are some limitations. So, how to carry onphytoremediation of heavy metal compound pollution and reasonable processingplants enrichment of heavy metals would be the focus in future research.
