In recent decades, Membrane Bioreactor(MBR) caused widespread concern and obtainedthe fast development as small occupation area, good permeate quality and low sludgeproduction etc in the world. With domestic demand for water reuse and increased wastewaterdischarge standards as well as the membrane production costs decreased gradually, MBRtechnology was concerned by domestic researchers of environment, and gradually applied tothe city sewage and industrial wastewater treatment and reuse.Guangzhou Jingxi sewage treatment plant using MBR technology, the design scale of100000tons/day, the maximum design treatment capacity of130000tons per day, totalvariation coefficient of KZ=1.3. The plant adopted buried type design, the treated effluentdischarged into the Shahe Bay, as a landscape water source of Shahe Bay, the effluent qualitymeets a standard national standard A standards and province. I am responsible for the designand operation maintenance of the membrane system of this project, This paper summarizedsubmerged membrane bioreactor for treatment of municipal sewage, study on removal ofsewage COD, ammonia, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, turbidity, bacteria in the process.The MBR removal efficiency of pollutants in domestic sewage results, can effectively resistall kinds of impact load during the MBR stable operation, stable water quality of effluent, theaverage removal rate of COD, ammonia nitrogen, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, turbidity isrespectively91%,98.9%,64.5%,92.7%,99.5﹪, indicate that the water sample testing thetotal number of bacteria, were less than10/mi, the removal effect of the pollution indexes ofwater system.At the same time, membrane fouling in membrane bioreactor in this project specificperformance, methods of pollution control membrane fouling and membrane, analysis of themechanism of membrane fouling, exploring the control technology for membrane fouling ofthe long-term operation of the MBR. Research shows that, aeration, aeration, sludgeconcentration, suction time, cleaning frequency has a better effect on membrane flux declineslowed. By intermittent aeration to strengthen hydraulic cleaning control sludge transferprocess to the membrane surface convection, and intermittent aeration enhancesback-diffusion effect strengthening and the transmission function, can achieve a certain fluxrecovery effect. According to the biological pollution of membrane, effect of chemicalcleaning with sodium hypochlorite and acid combination of good, can effectively remove theorganic and bacterial contamination of the membrane surface. This paper explores the theoryof optimal membrane washing cycle.
